  1. Complete your order and choose your preferred bank at the payment step.

  2. You’ll be redirected to your bank’s website with payment details already filled in.

  3. Log in and confirm the payment.

  4. After a successful transaction, you'll return to Ultraplast.lv.

Prefer a traditional bank transfer? No problem!
Once you choose this option at checkout, please transfer the total amount using your online banking system.

Important: Include your order number in the payment reference field so we can process your order without delay.

🔄 Refunds

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to stock unavailability or any other reason, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The full payment, including shipping costs, will be refunded promptly — no later than 14 days from the notification.
