💳 Payment Methods

You can pay easily and securely for your order on Ultraplast.lv using the online payment methods available during checkout. Depending on the selected payment method, payment processing may be carried out through Paysera, Stripe or the relevant bank/payment service provider.

We currently support the following payment methods and payment service providers, where available during checkout:

How to Pay via Internet Banking

1. Complete your order and choose your preferred bank at the payment step.
2. You may be redirected to your bank’s website or payment environment with payment details already filled in.
3. Log in and confirm the payment.
4. After a successful transaction, you will be redirected back to Ultraplast.lv.

Your online banking login credentials are used only to access your bank and are never shared with us.

How to Pay by Payment Card via Stripe

1. Complete your order and choose card payment or another Stripe-supported payment method at the payment step.
2. Enter the required payment details or complete the authentication requested by your bank or payment provider.
3. Depending on the selected payment method, you may be redirected to a Stripe payment page, asked to complete payment authentication, or complete the payment through a Stripe-powered payment form embedded in our website.
4. After successful payment confirmation, your order will be processed.

We do not store full payment card details on our website. Payment card data is processed by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

How to Pay by Bank Transfer

1. Complete your order and choose bank transfer as the payment method, where available.
2. Pay the order amount by bank transfer to the bank account of SIA Ultraplast EU using the bank details provided during checkout, in the order confirmation, or in the invoice issued by us.
3. When making the payment, please indicate your order number and/or invoice number in the payment reference.
4. Your order will be processed after the payment has been received or otherwise confirmed by us.

Please note that bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank and country. Any bank fees charged by your bank or intermediary banks shall be borne by the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Confirmation

Your order will be processed after successful payment confirmation by the relevant payment service provider. If the payment is not completed or is declined, the order may not be processed.

Security

All online payments are processed through secure payment environments provided by the relevant payment service provider. We do not store your online banking login credentials or full payment card details.
