Delivery locations
We offer delivery to the following countries, subject to availability of delivery services for the selected goods, delivery address and product dimensions:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia (mainland), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Germany, Greece (mainland), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (mainland), Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands (mainland), North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal (mainland), Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland), Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City (the Holy See).
Delivery to islands, remote areas, overseas territories or locations outside the standard delivery network may not be available or may require an individual delivery quotation.
We mainly use DPD delivery services. In addition, we may use third-party logistics companies, especially for oversized goods, bulky items, special delivery requirements, or deliveries to countries, regions or addresses where DPD delivery services are not available. The available delivery method may depend on the destination country, delivery address, product size, weight and other delivery conditions.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance costs or other charges may apply. Such costs shall be borne by the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery time
The delivery time may vary depending on the location of the buyer, product availability, size and weight of the goods, selected delivery method and other delivery conditions, but is usually 7–14 working days from the date of receipt or confirmation of payment, unless otherwise indicated during checkout or agreed individually.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information, weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances.
Delivery cost
The cost of delivery depends on the destination country, delivery address, weight and overall dimensions of the product. Where technically possible, the delivery cost is calculated online during checkout using the delivery cost calculator integrated into our website.
For certain goods, including oversized or bulky items, online delivery cost calculation may not be available. In such cases, after the purchaser submits the order form, the delivery cost will be calculated individually by our manager. The purchaser will then be contacted and informed of the delivery cost and the total order amount. After receiving this information, the purchaser may pay for the order using one of the available payment methods.
Self pickup
You can independently pick up the product that you ordered and paid for on the website from the warehouse after confirming that the order is ready.
